I was there for Capital Area Food Bank's annual fund raising event - Empty Bowls. I called the hotel about parking before arriving at the event. I was told the hotel validates for its underground parking garage. The garage parking attendent directed me where to park. The front desk staff had zero sense of customer service and came across as lazy. They claimed to have no knowledge of parking validation and they had no desire to look into it. Front desk staff needs better training and inherent qualities for a customer service position. Very disappointed and surprised at their lack of wliilingness to look into the matter. They are better suited for positions where courtesy and customer service skills aren't needed
