I'm visiting from Edmonton went to see the live Jazz. Very good but service was a different story! I ordered seafood chowder too a half hour to get and it was the wrong soup! I didn't want to wait another half hour so just ate it! The waitress asked me what soup again about 15 mins. She said very busy and blamed it on kitchen for giving her the wrong table!? Also, I got a dirty martini and she asked me a vodka one I said yes please but got beefeater gin instead...again just didn't want to wait so drank it it was not good. Than band was on till 11pm and started at 8 and at 9 she just gave me my bill! I was like guess I have to leave? The band was so good to wanted to stay but I was angry and left on principal. I told a few waitress after that and everyone said I should have got my money back. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. This was I'm the Pacific lounge.
