Garbage customer service, thanks to geek squad I will never step a foot into this Best Buy again I recently started going to the Best Buy on Touhy & Skokie Blvd In village crossing and I love the service and staff I ve been there shopping already 3 times this week and I will keep going there anytime I need anything.
