While my car was in for service at Al Serra Chevrolet James Marchetti took great care of me. He kept me informed on everything that was going on, he worked with me non-stop to get the problem with my vehicle resolved. I had taken my vehicle to a different dealership twice with no resolve and it took James and his crew just a few days to solve the problem. Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs repair on their vehicle.
