Staff was friendly, but unorganized and constantly seemed to have no clue who my dog was or what services he was receiving. He was supposed to get groomed and didn't, and I was repeatedly told contradicting times for when I could pick him up. Worst yet my dog came home with a respiratory infection. He has all of his vaccines and has never been sick before, even after boarded at other facilities.
