Their business internet has been very reliable, low latency, and at a good price. Unlike Telus who nickel and dimes, even wants to up charge you for a static IP. After getting our network online I've only had to call once and that was to inquire about future potential services. The rep may not have had an up beat cheerful voice but he was knowledgeable, and when I called, was able to get in touch with him right away.
