I am so pleased of the experience at WA First Mortgage. I received a couple letters in the mail, I threw them out with all the other junk mail, finally one day I gave them a call and left a message with the receptionist. Soon thereafter Jeff Ladue called me, introduced himself and listened, I repeat, listened to what my goals were. I was already in contact with another loan officer at a different brokerage, but Jeff seemed like he was genuinely interested in helping with my situation.

The whole process in refinancing my house was so effortless and seamless on my part, I could not have asked for a better loan officer. The rate and the savings Jeff found for me was not even close to what I could have imagined I would get.

Jeff Ladue was very realistic, straightforward and experienced. He was very communicative and always there when I needed questions answered, even at 11 o'clock at night.
