If I could give zero stars I would. Their service...

If I could give zero stars I would. Their service is priced RIDICULOUSLY high and there is barely any upstream bandwidth available at all.

Worse, I have been experiencing intermittent connectivity problems that are only resolved by repeatedly rebooting their modem. Yet they tell me that they will CHARGE ME for the service call if they don't find a problem.

Monroe County desperately needs a alternative.
