During my experience today, I probably received some of the best service I have ever had from a service department. Service advisor, Travis, was professional, kept me well informed, and was very kind. Not pushy at all. He provided me with options, information, and I left feeling very satisfied. It genuinely felt like he cared about the people, the cars, and the experience. I would definitely go back and see him again. I m only rating this 4 stars due to the long wait (about 2+ hours) but again, Travis didn t let me down throughout the entire process. The waiting area was clean and well stocked with snacks. I would recommend taking your car to this dealer for maintenance and service.
