I am writing to thank you for the wonderful service you gave us when purchasing our used 2007 Honda Odyssey. We are very happy that we chose Buerkle again to do business with.

Pheng Moua did a wonderful job of answering questions, making sure we understood the deal that we were getting and did not make us feel pressured in any way. He was very polite and had a good sense of humor. We appreciated his kind and friendly manner. I would highly recommend him to someone looking for a new or used car. He made our purchasing experience an excellent one!

After getting our new van home, we noticed that something wasn t quite right with the front wheel bearings. We inquired about what we could do about it and was very surprised that your service department was able to look at it right then and there. The young man that helped us was Frank Flarhety. He was absolutely so positive and helpful and made us feel like our situation was very important and that he wanted to make it right.

The service department was able to fix the problem right there on the spot. Not only did they fix the problem, which was a wheel bearing, but had it run through the car wash and ready and waiting for us to pick it up in under 2 hours, no charge! We were so pleased.

It was then that I turned to my husband and said, This is why we came to Buerkle! This is the third vehicle that we have purchased from your company and have always been very pleased with the service. Your staff, salespersons, and service department have always come through with treating us like family. We love our new van and hope to continue our business with you in the future!
