It would have been a 5 star but the loan took 5 days to get approval.
Buying a car out of state worried me at first but working with Alex and the dealership made it fairly inconvenient. I was impressed about their willingness to talk to me and answer any questions and not feel pressured. Since I was out of state I had lots of questions about the vehicle. Alex took my calls even when you were out of the office.

One of the items I wanted to see was a full report of the damage the car had received prior to being repaired. I didn't ask for it but now that we bought the car it would have been good to know.
