There are so many reasons we are thrilled with our new Schell Brothers home. The sales and selection team treated us like we were their only customers they really listened to what we wanted. The construction process was exciting and interactive. We made two site visits and our construction manager made us feel like we were part of the team then built the home exactly as we envisioned, with many standard features that would have been extra in other homes. And they don't forget about you after the closing. Schell's Customer Service team has been outstanding. They really treat you like part of their family.

After several years of looking at the beach, we are so thankful that our realtor suggested we consider a Schell Brothers home. We have the Junction and Breakwater Trail, and it is only a short bicycle ride to downtown Lewes or Cape Henlopen State Park. We are very proud to be among "The First 49" homeowners in Senators. And delighted when we learned that our realtor is now one of our new neighbors!
