I purchased a 2012 Peterbilt 325 reefer truck from Rush Truck Center. Dave Gumina was the salesperson. This complaint is not against Dave. The Truck was to have been through a safety inspection in CO. I purchased the truck sight unseen in good faith. To register the truck in Canada I hade to do a local safety inspection. There were numerous preexisting issues. Front Spring hanger rear bushings were hammered out, Defrost heater mode not working, loose shock mount, and loose brake caliper. Some of these items were obvious in the first 5 minutes that I drove the truck. Dave has appealed to his service department for help and they have refused to do anything. I have complained to them via their survey and they have not gotten back to me. I have spent several thousand dollars on repairs that the truck should not have needed. I have pictures and invoice to prove.
