STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! They quote...

STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! They quote for something and once they get the car in you end up paying for services not requested.Totally unprofessional and very rude,I was asked by the lady from the service adviser ,quote:''why do you laugh? " when I realized the games that they are playing with inflated invoices.
Question for the service manager : if a vehicle has 7 liters of transmission fluid in total and the transmission cooler hose is disconnected ,how many liters would leak?does it really take 5 liters of fluid to top it up and 1 and a half hour to reconnect the hose? speaking with experienced mechanics ,they agree that the transmission cooler holds just a fraction of the fluid ,maximum one liter,yet,I was charged for 5 liters..
Such a rip off,will not recommend to anybody this place and I will contact VOLKSWAGEN CANADA to complain,
