Do not, under any circumstances book a room here. By far the worst experience I've ever had. I arrive at 9:30 PM this Wednesday night. I get into the check-in line that's 70 people deep. After waiting in line for over an hour, they announce they have oversold the hotel by 140 rooms! I then scramble to find a room at another hotel. That night and the next morning I call several times to try to discuss my reservation, and they never answer the phone. I went through the travel site that I booked with and they say Hotel Pennsylvania refuses to refund my money because I was a "no show". Absolutely terrible.

Edit: Take a look at this response and see if this seems at all acceptable given what happened. They know the hotel was overbooked, and still refuse to refund my money. If this looks like a place you want to stay, then go for it.
