YES! I'm not familiar with lice treatments, so it was nice to have someone come to my home after making an appointment an hour prior, to help me remove them whilst providing me with some tips!

Also, lovely staff behind the screen and in person! Would recommend to anyone I know, because they have multiple locations?!
