Warning: fraudulent practices!

Frankly disappointed!

I made inquiries: this agency does the trick to all the tenants it deals with ...

We waited for our deposit for two months and we receive it with - 74 euro, all for a degreasing tap. We had yet call twice and the person certified that we would have no charge withheld on our deposit.

As the agencies are no longer allowed to charge us huge fees to enter an apartment, they take us out of the deposit! For a company like this, it's really shameful to pick up pennies on the backs of people who really need them.

In addition, I am certain that there is no agent who came to degrease the tap because the new tenants would have told us.

On the phone, the person who takes care of securities preferred to hang up on my nose and told me that I was vulgar. In any case, I am vulgar, I may have been a bit rude because a little edgy.
