I left my 2019 CRV at the David McDavid service department at 3pm on a Friday not knowing what to expect. Before I arrived back at my house, the service agent called me to let me know they had diagnosed the problem and it would be repaired that day. I could either pick it up right at closing or in the morning. My wife and i were very impressed!
