We received wonderful customer service here at Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham! We couldn't be happier with our certified pre-owned vehicle. Our salesman, Marcus, was courteous and responsive to all of our concerns, to the minute detail. He listened when we had specific requests and he treated us with the utmost respect and patience despite our purchasing the car on one of the busiest days of the year, Labor Day, all while juggling multiple clients. The complimentary bar was just what we needed when we experienced a longer than expected wait, and the kids room and television were lifesavers as we had our 2 and 4 year old very active boys with us! The dealership even held a complimentary barbecue to help alleviate potential frustrations with client's waits and busy activity during lunchtime. When we learned that we would not be taking the car home that day, Marcus kindly went above and beyond and arranged for our car to be delivered to our home less than 48 hours later. He has followed up several times to ensure all of our needs are met. Vitor, our finance counselor, also went above and beyond. He spent time with us, patiently answered all of our questions about the finance process and was very knowledgeable. He made reasonable suggestions based on our individual circumstances and explained all signed paperwork in detail. My husband and I are still talking about the peace of mind we left with that day, and we still have! We are grateful that our long car search ended here and are looking forward to future dealings with them!
