Positive Excellent Customer Service Experience I would refer all my friends to William Than and Kevin to the Herb Chambers Hingham. William helped us feel at ease as you are always anxious buying a new car. Originally Rob my husband and I were going to purchase a ES 350 but then test drove a GS 350 and William explained in detail the difference between the 2 vehicles. He is so Professional, calm, caring, focus on making us feel at ease. I felt like I was talking to my next door neighbor. Kevin the sales manager was great too! They make a great team! William explained every feature in the vehicle today in simple terms so we could understand it before driving it off the lot. If I could I would give William Than 6 plus Stars as he is an asset to Herb Chambers. They are very lucky to have such a customer service oriented employee working for them. We did not feel rushed or harrassed. They also had a lovely cafe area to wait while your car is getting finalized and cleaned. Everything there is impeccably clean and all the employees are Professional with a smile. William goes above and beyond the call of duty . I would definitely refer all my family and friends to him as he is an excellent salesperson. Annie and Rob
