Carissa put me at ease and made me feel special. I am from out of town and she knew I was having a hard time with some unexpected life events. She took it upon herself to make me feel amazing. I walked out with so much confidence and with a smile on my face feeling like a million bucks. All I was getting done was a trim and my bangs done yet I feel like I got so much more! What a great experience I had. Thank you!!!
