Very bad service. My wife had an ulcer at 11:30 a.m. room service dinner order. Only a plate of fried rice, at 00:30 the food still hasn't arrived. We tel the front office to confirm he said he wanted to be delivered until 1 pm did not arrive and finally I canceled. There is not one reason or apology from the hotel. Very disappointing
