The recruiting team is extremely unprofessional. The made an offer to my wife for way below market value, then to follow up on that, it would only be valid if she accepted a 3 year commitment at the rate that is extremely below market value. Sara, the recruiter was very short, on the phone, and difficult to work with. The reviews about the poor recruiters are everywhere, and I would beware of their deceptive recruiting techniques. There is a reason they have high therapist turn over at this company, people keep leaving as soon as they can because they realize its a bad company to work for.
