Hopeless bunch. Phoned me asking for clothes, shoes etc. Agreed to do so. Phoned day before to remind me and and confirm address. Put stuff out by 7 am. Still there the next day. Phoned, and eventually got information that I was not on the list for pick up. Second time this has happened. Woman at the office couldn't bring herself to offer an apology. I suppose the cause might be good, but I will find another.
