I received excellent care from the Rose Medical Center ER on Wed., July 3. Dr. Mark Redlauer was the attending physician, Jen was the primary nurse & Spencer was the respiratory therapist. My hip was dislocated & before Dr. Redlauer could reposition it, he had to make sure that I didn't have a fracture due to the dislocation. Jen, the nurse in charge of my care was exceptional & very personable! She made certain that I was a comfortable as possible considering my pain level. Spencer, the respiratory therapist, came down to assist with the relocation of my hip just to ensure that my airway was open & clear (I have asthma). Everyone who assisted in my care that day was very thorough, attentive & caring!
