Our daughter has been going to PMAA for almost 3 years. Master Sadler has helped her become stronger and more confident. He has always been great with her, and teaches not only taekwondo but also valuable life lessons. He s and excellent teacher and uses great examples to get his point across. His lessons are fun, disciplined, caring and he is firm when he needs to be. We couldn t be happier with PMAA.
