While visiting LA, one of the nicest museums is the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the adjoining LaBrea Tar Pits. Multiple galleries await art aficionados who enjoy everything from Jewelry to contemporary art. While there, visit the iconic Urban Light installation on the Wilshire Blvd side of the plaza. At the opposite side of the plaza, near 6th Street, there is a Video art installation financed by Leonardo DiCaprio. It features a satellite view of a solar power collection station with just a slight bit of movement. Its very relaxing to watch.
