We've been with MCS for roughly 2 years. They have great customer service, are prompt and respond to any inquiries in a timely manner. I had a hiccup with payment for the first time ever, and it was not an issue at all. They communicate effectively, and work with you. They are more expensive to use than other rural providers, but worth it in my opinion.
