Would have rather talked to satan himself. Absolutely RUDE and did not help me at all!!! Dismissed me asking for help and kept interrupting me to tell me she couldn t help me and then just put me to a hotline to wait ALL DAY because she didn t want to help me. absolutely terrible. y all need new employees
