Kevin Lynch, don't ask him to buy a house for you, because he won't. When he says it will close within 30 days, don't pack up everything you own to move into your dream home. He will never close the deal. He will stop responding to calls and emails. You will live in a pile of boxes for a year if you expect Kevin to help you. Shame on you Kevin Lynch.
