Let me start by saying that I would stay here again, no question. Great parking, friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable rooms. There is a salon which turned out to be convenient and restaurant serving lunch and dinner that was more than adequate, but small. I hesitate to give it 5 stars because it is advertised as a boutique hotel. If you have stayed in many boutique hotels, you will likely be disappointed. That said-great location, good value and a hotel I will return to if I find myself in Chicago again.
