Came for oil change supposed to take an hour 3 hr...

Came for oil change supposed to take an hour 3 hrs later still sitting in the waiting area. Technician called me and said my car was stuck in the air because some machine broke he said he will come and talk to me. Been waiting an hour he didn't come and talk to me yet. Poor customer service. I will never bring my car to this place again because the customer service sucks.
