Can't rate anything in the store or the products, but I can recommend the customer service.

I've been trying to track down someone to repair or service a gas-log unit for days and Bryce at Jack Wills was the first and only one to have an answer. He promptly gave me two names and numbers of contractors to try when I asked if they did the work.

Will definitely check Jack Wills out in the future.
