Extremely Dosey and poor service and dosey people....

Extremely Dosey and poor service and dosey people.
I went there for 20k service of my car, though I was 1000 KM Behind. The only reason I went to service early my Sat Nav was stocked on loading loop and thought that they would fix it. When I went to receive the car, the guy there told me that everything was fixed and I made the payment.
When got into the car and tried to load the map, its still in loading loop.
I went back to the office to let them know, it wasn't fixed. Those guyed lied me.
Then I asked why wasn't it fixed, the guy replied it worked with his card and concluded my perfectly working card I got the screenshot below as a corrupted card and suggested to buy new one which would cost around $800.
I was even able to update the map at home, if the card was corrupted, how would I be able to update the map.
On top of that, they made my car dirty and didn't even cleaned it.
Extreemly dosey people.
