I was the victim of a scam during a telephone canvassing by one of their broker. The broker uses these words: "Hello Mr. XX, You have not signed the papers! This is very important! You will no longer be covered for your daily allowances. Don't worry, we will settle everything together". Of course, I am not a customer with them and the salesperson therefore understands that this is the case and that I already have a contract with them. In order to gain confidence, the advisor already assured me that I knew the first 4 digits of the IBAN identifier of my bank account. After verification, the first four digits correspond to the country code of the bank, so all French people have the same !!! Again, this is a breach of trust. Finally, I was never informed that the contract was going to be signed by phone.

This notice will certainly receive a pasted copy from them as a response of the type "You have been contacted by an independent broker and not directly by our services". But whatever ! These brokers represent the company that has placed their trust in them. They must therefore answer for their actions. Finally, their response will surely mention that in the event of an appeal, they can be contacted at the email address complaints@spvie.com. I give it to you in 1000: this email address is not assigned !! We receive a return email for non-delivery of the message.
