Called to discuss bill and because of concern they sent a tech to check for gas leak.1st lady I talked Too told me I needed to be home or Gas would be shut down. Informed her house was vacant and I wasn t going to be there, had Drs Appt. Transferred to Lead Cindy and informed her same thing. She sounded nicer. Told her I ll be home after 12p. To have tech call for access. Got home checked door and no tag. Cld them to check Eta and was informed they came by and shut the gas cause I wasn t home. No leak. They never called me and they came by in Am. They do what they want. NOT what customer requests.
