3 times I get the non-delivery email for absent recipient. All 3 times I was at home waiting for the intercom to ring. After the second time and after several calls, they tell me that the package is back in delivery and I leave the mobile number to be called. The third time I saw them pass by the balcony without stopping without stopping. I called back several times and decided to pick him up at the store in person. They did not leave any sheets with indications. When I arrived at the depot, I explained my discomfort, the employee at the customer service counter called the courier who was to deliver the package to me and this told her that she intercomed several times without answering saying that perhaps the intercom was broken. Half an hour before my girlfriend arrived at home and the intercom worked, 1 hour after the "non-delivery for absent recipient" my mother arrived and the intercom worked, she would like me to believe that the intercom stopped working in that period time of an hour and a half?
