sold me on dish tv, internet and phone bundle. Got the TV's hooked up and installed the next day. Awesome. Frontier called that night and set up my internet account. NOBODY CALLED TO SET UP THAT INSTALL!! So I call my dish rep. He texts me and says "call frontier." I called Frontier, had to go through the whole process again, and got a way higher price than originally. They tell me I have to fill out a proof of ID form that they can only mail to me. Then a week later (waiting on said form) I get a call from Frontier and they say "oh no you don't have to fill that form out, were sorry you've been waiting so long," and set up my appointment for install today. Meanwhile sitting here waiting, took the day off, and call Frontier again to get an ETA. NO APPT EVER SCHEDULED AND MY ORDER NUMBER IS "NOT ONE OF THERES"! I hve to still send in afore mentioned form and then they can schedule the install. WTF DID I BUY HERE? On demand takes forever to load anything because it doesn't like my Xfinity interenet. Meanwhile what I'm going to pay for cable, internet and phone is the same exact amount I was paying with Comcast. SERIOUSLY if you are going to come to my door and sell me something, maybe see the whole process through. DICKS.
