Super long wait - 35 minutes+ - at the service center despite taking an appointment over the phone. They just make you sit around in the car even though they have all the details on record. The process can definitely be improved; will be good to see them respect the customer's time. 35 minutes+ wait is not acceptable for just dropping off the car!
