Our rafting experience was definitly a 5 star experience! The weather was great, the water felt amazing, and we had a very cool, calm, and collected guide. Ask for Jason on Saturdays! He was so informative about the entire river, he led us to have a great experience and we cant wait to go back...maybe even before the season is over! He even sent us a thank you card! Was just sad we didnt get to give him a proper thank you and farewell...we understood because his animals were waiting on him at home :) Lydia was great help at the welcome center! Our only complaint is when we went to the bar and grill...lady said they already had our credit card on file so we ordered away...only to find out they added 20% because we didn't close it out. The only way of knowing was a little hand written card...had we seen it. We just assumed if they had our card on file what more needed done. We camped in our RV...was nice and quiet. We missed out on the water park because it rained...bummer! Also...props to John the cameraman for filming our rafting experience. Weve watched it multiple times and shared with friends to pump them up to get out there!!
