We went to this location 3 days apart. First time have the 4 course deal. Service, food everything was good. Two nights later we go again, ordered the same thing and the steak I got was full of grizzle and just not good. Brought to the attention of the waiter and the manager came to our table and got us another cooked and gave us an upgraded desert at no charge. The waiter and manager were very nice about the whole thing and we were made to feel like they really cared. Been going to this location for years. Never really had a bad experience and the one time we did, they took care of it and ensured we would be back. No place is perfect every time, and I know as I work in the service industry in a construction company. They handled it perfectly and I commend them for it. Thank you!

We have been visiting since and it has been great. Tonight another hiccup but the manager and wait staff upgraded an entree at N/C and brought delicious food and steered it back on track! This location is certainly well managed. We know it s not a perfect world but they take responsibility every time. No song and dance. This is appreciated! Not what we can say about the new Lois location, which we ve been to twice and won t be back any time soon.
