I have just taken the Personal Trainer Specialist ...

I have just taken the Personal Trainer Specialist course from Daniel from the Wellness Branded Education Team at the Milton/Mattamy Cycling Centre. Daniel is a very resourceful and fun coach. I love that he explained the complicated materials in simple and fun terms. I definitely consider to take future courses with him!
