Customer service is poor, agent was rude. Wait times are over two hours. I tried calling on Saturday at 4 pm and an automated voice message said they are open from 8am to 530 pm but there call center is now closed. My internet and televisions has been out for 4 days and she refused to send someone Until Monday from 0800 to 1200, so I guess I will also have to take off work. She also said I would see a credit for the loss in service in 2 months but I would probably have to all in, also she could not tell me how much my credit would be. She repeatedly interrupted me, it was crazy. I could not believe it. Also spectrum looks to be cheeper so I will probably switch.
