I'd give less than a star if it was an option.
These people obviously don't know how think logically when loading freight onto a trailer, they left our customers freight susceptible to being damaged even against the driver's will and advice to adjust the freight. At the end of the day though, our driver doesn't have access to their forklift so he was stuck to run the freight as loaded and they have the audacity to try to pin responsibility on the driver. Absolutely unprofessional.
