Every single visit I have made to Harper Quick Lane has been exceptional. Not only with the service & competitive prices but with the customer service as well. I always feel welcomed and well cared for. Also, the staff is very efficient and obviously works very hard. Since moving to Humboldt from Del Norte County, I commute to work an average of three days per week and drive 140 miles each of those days. Therefore, I have been a loyal customer for over two years now with service needs every few months. The staff does a great job of letting me know the condition of my vehicle and the upcoming services needed. It helps me feel safe and secure knowing my car is Harper's hands. Thanks all!
