Adam and the Housesmart team have managed my property portfolio based around Beechboro for the past 5 years.
Recently I decided to sell a property and asked Adam for some advice and spoke to Adam on the phone and also received an outline of the process by email. We discussed listing price options, which I believed were all good outcomes and once Housesmart were engaged to sell the property, the process moved swiftly. There was always constant communication and updates even sometimes after office hours until settlement occurred.
