It s been over six months since our project with Payne & Payne was completed, and my wife and I are still talking about what a great experience it was and what tremendous work they did. From beginning to end, they exceeded expectations. They were always clear, open, and honest about what they could and could not do (within our budget, I mean), they were prompt, they communicated well, and they completed a kitchen renovation plus an addition on the house on time and with absolutely beautiful results.

The other thing worth noting is that our project was on the more modest end of the spectrum. Payne & Payne do some projects that cost ten times what ours did, but they always treated us the way you d expect someone doing a multi-million dollar renovation to be treated. I just can t say enough good things about them. I d recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor in northeast Ohio, and I d hire them again in a heartbeat myself.
