My partner of 17years has been ICU for 10days. I have been here everyday. Most of the nurses are great but the nurse named Beth has no empathy. Most of the time she is complaining. It's her job to be a nurse and I do think she knows what she doing but when she has to do her job she acts like it's an inconvenience or interrupting her day. You can see it clearly in her actions and by what she says. They are going to transfer him to another hospital. I hope I don't get a nurse to care for him like Beth. I gave 4 stars because only one nurse has disappointed me. The nurses I can remember that I feel were great are Amanda, Mandy, Chasity, Matt, Katherine and Lindsay. I remember a Sue but was not impressed Another person I want to mention is Sandy. She is a volunteer in the Critcal care waiting room. She is great and can uplift you while being here.The Doctors here are great especially Dr Ashbaker. .........At the end of my time at BWMC clinical care Beth was a little better to deal with but it does not excuse her previous behavior. I lowered the stars to 3 because Beth did not give my name to the hospital my partner is being transferred to until I said something to her. I have not missed a day being at the hospital since he's been here.
