We have had good experiences at the Honda dealership. It was efficient and friendly. We just had another regular maintenance there, but the experience this time was not so good. The guy showed the bill of $213, $100+ more than usual. I was surprised to see the figure. He explained that they used code B, instead of code A. Code B apparently almost triple the price. These jargons mean nothing to me and he didn t tell me before hand at all. The bill just labeled labor cost of $178.89. Not sure why it cost so much labor when the whole maintenance work took about the same time as previous work. I just felt quite suspicious about their black box pricing scheme.
