We have our both BMW from Herb Chamber. The service experience has been great - and today the service advisorJim Miscioscia provided us service beyond just being great. He helped us to save us over $1400, given the warranty has been over 4 years. While at the check in, he was professional, detail oriented and get to the point to serve exactly what this car needs and what we are looking for. Thanks Jim!
